Council is offering a FREE Organic Recycling Community Workshop!
Food scraps and other organic waste accounts for about half of the average household garbage bin. Composting and worm farming is a great way to significantly reduce waste and also provides a number of added benefits to your home garden!
Come along to the workshop and learn how to set-up, maintain and trouble shoot a compost or worm farm.
About the Event
Date: Wednesday 2nd October 2019.
Time: 2.30 – 3.30pm.
Where: Lithgow Library Learning Centre; 157 Main Street, Lithgow NSW 2790.
Who: People of all ages, including interested children over 8 years old.
The event will be catered with tea, coffee, juice and sandwiches.
One lucky prize draw worm farm will given away!
